There are two services available, one aimed at the small office or home user, the other for medium to large businesses.

The service for small offices and home users provides high speed access with a 50:1 contention ratio with other users, giving you excellent value for money.

 

For businesses with a larger number of users or more demanding application it is more appropriate to use the 20:1 contention ratio service.

 

These services provide download speeds at upto 8Mbts and upload speeds upto 832Kbps. The actual speed is dependant on the distance of the line between the telephone exchange and your premises.
